Buddy
Born Summer 1994

Buddy is a black brindle Cairn who weighs about 13 lbs. He is very cute and sweet; he likes to give kisses and get belly rubs and doesn't mind being held or sitting in your lap. He is active and loves to take walks. He doesn't mind the rain, that is, until he gets soaked through and then he'd prefer to go back home. He doesn't play with toys, but likes to run around in a fenced yard.

Buddy was neutered in March, and he is housebroken and cratetrained. His previous owner said he is NOT good with children, and he chases cats. He is pretty good with other dogs, but sometimes growls if they are too hyper or if they bark at him. He is good in the car, and loves lots of attention. He needs to be on leash outside at all times because he likes to run. Also, he should not be left in a fenced yard unattended for long periods, because he may eventually dig to get out. Buddy is used to sleeping in a crate at night. His previous owner said he does not like to be brushed or bathed, but his Foster home is able to brush him and groom him without any trouble at all. He is up to date on his shots through August. He is heartworm negative and on preventative. He had his teeth cleaned on 4/26 and is ready for his new home.
